this is mainly useful for the users of a russian social network VK.
VKHelper aims to help clean up the news feed of the app, including the following
+ Remove VK ads
+ Remove posts promoted by VK
+ Remove posts by communities which are labeled as ads
+ Remove the suggested friends news feed block
+ Remove posts labeled as those "you may find interesting" by VK
+ Remove the story camera left swipe gesture
Configure options from Settings.
